After WW2 Japanese torturers were charged and executed. should the same rules apply all over the world?
" ... following World War II war crime trials were convened. The Japanese were tried and convicted and hung for war crimes committed against American POWs. Among those charges for which they were convicted was waterboarding."
— John McCain on Thursday, November 29th, 2007 in a campaign event in St. Petersburg
Maybe this question challenges your moral standing just a bit to much huh, from what i can gather from other q+a type websites, torturing foreigners is fine as long as its for the good of the nation. But its not fine if its for the good of some other nation torturing someone foreign to them. :-/

So torture should be accepted as a normal practice on all sides? As for the name calling, just shows a lack of intelligence (and spelling skills)
markyman, you are new here so I will leave the link for the rules to akaQA. Please take some time to read through them. Thank you.
