"Hi Doc, I brought this woman and her kids here to get their teeth completely repaired. I just won the Lottery and wanted to give you something to remember me by. I know you'll do a great job and I'm sure they will appreciate the service seeing as they really need the works. Happy Birthday Doc and thank you. ( what I did not say or do)

(that is #15 on my bucket list and next is pay a visit to the Pope as a very wealthy partitioner who has lost all his money refurbishing the Bling-Ding cardinals estate.)

Why does everyone hate dentists? About 90% of dental work is avoidable, the few exceptions are wisdom teeth removal and orthodontics.

If you want to avoid dental treatment, there are some very simple and cheap rules to follow:

1. Keep your sugar intake as low as possible and always avoid sodas (Coke etc)

2. Brush your teeth using a fluoride toothpaste twice a day.

3. Drink fluoridated water if you have the choice.

4. An annual visit to the dentist should be sufficient and if you follow the suggestions above you will not need treatment.
