Looks too greasy for me but our Thanksgiving is long past anyway. Thanks for the thought though. :)
Turduckin in my opinion is the bees knees just a little below fried Turkey IMHO. Ducky I know the Canadians have celebrated TG already, but I'm thinking of you on this special day.
I've never heard of anyone that I know, making Turducken. Thanks for thinking of me while you are chained to the stove today. lol

I love it here. I do complain about how much it rains, but I shouldn't because in Texas I complained about the lack of rain. I enjoy the mild summer weather here and I'm coming down with spring fever. :)
