Well....While you're in this time zone mate.....
Looks like an adventure, are they cooked, or sun dried? Have you eaten them before? I had a guy from Cambodia who worked for me one summer. He was forcibly enlisted into Cambodian army, after his father protested, and was shot in the head! His stories were unbelievable! He eventually escaped and fled to a refugee camp and stayed for 4 yrs. later getting citizenship into US.
Sun dried Busti, with a little salt added later, quite tasty if you don't think about what you're actually eating, the guy who worked for you was probably there at the time Pol Pott ran the country, one evil man.
Getting through my "to do list" that I write everyday. Know why? Because I can NEVER get it all done. It's way too long BUT....I'm never at a loss for something to do if I should get bored. (Exciting life huh?) lol

At least you have the gumption to do some writing. It’s always been something I’ll get around to (but I know better….)
