Yes, time to change the clocks again here also.
I made a big pot of chili yesterday.....hamburger, red kidney beans, chick peas, mushrooms, onions, garlic, tomatoes, hot sauce, ground chili peppers.....so good (even if I do say so myself). :)
jhharlan
I just love chickpeas in anything!
ROMOS
Stick some in the freezer, I'll be around soon.
Ducky
It's already in the freezer....only enough left for one though....not you!
Ducky
Oh alright, alright. I'll make another batch. Come on.
Ducky
@jh...I like chick peas too. I've only started using them in recipes in the past couple of years because so many "healthy" recipes call for them. I like them in salads too.
Ducky
@R....which one are you?
Ducky
@R....I've tasted it a few times (a long time ago) but haven't found a good recipe yet that sounds like the ones I've tasted. :(
ROMOS
Stick some onion, garlic and chilli in it.
Deeeeeeeelish!!!!!
Ducky

Romeos, How do you like Mickey's Texas drawl ? Is it cultural shock ?
ROMOS
Juliana, the "cultural" shock is all Mickeys, we are plenty used to American accents here, TV etc.
Ducky
And does she lovingly call you Romeos?
ROMOS
No duck, she leaves that to Juliana, after all, she did coin the name.
;)
Ducky
Romeos, Romeos, wherefore art thou Romeos? It does have a nice ring to it. :)
country bumpkin
We took the bus home from town a few days ago and ROMEOS and I sat down next to a lady I've met a couple of times here,we didn't recognize each other. As soon as I started talking to Roy she shouted my name, she said it had to be me.
Ducky
It's the drawl, ya'll. lol (I like it.)
