      I don't know. I can. Try rebooting your computer and see if that works.

        :( Are you positive that it isn't working? Have you gone into their profile and checked their "karma history" to see? It doesn't always show on the forum immediately.

        I have noticed that the thumbs up sign does not dim now, but if you pass over it you can cancel your vote.

            You can . Just click on the thumbs up icon , and the person can see his/ her  Karma points have gone up when he passes his arrow over his avatar in the upper right hand corner.
