I'm trying to pay my mom's bill. I put in the correct user id, but didn't answer the security question right, so I was locked out. A new password was sent to my mom's phone but she's elderly and doesn't understand how to get it. Can I get a temp password from you to get on to pay her bill?

You are on a world wide, question and answer forum called akaQA. We answer general questions only. You will need to make direct contact with whomever you are trying to pay. I suggest that you will need to go in person as I doubt that any reputable company is going to give you a password to someone else's account, no matter what reason you state.
