The soup maybe loosely translated as, "Alter Ego Soup", especially if served with rice. Rice cools everything down.
I just looked up the recipe. Coconut milk in and Jasmine rice out. I think my husband would enjoy that. Thanks King of the Fleas!

I am a bit shocked that you chose a restaurant in Italy. However, after viewing your choice I am very tempted to change my mind.

Come on, Bob. Great restaurants abound in most large metropolitan areas. Surely, if you wanted to experience a genuine, let us say, Armenian culinary experience, Yerevan would likely be THE place to be.
It is fun to dream of great food in a country far away.

digger, Yerevan probably hasn't the quality lamb available two miles away, but there is a definite trip planned to Armenia next year.
