I want to contact the Corps of Engineersabout a local lake problem
Sir, I live on Connors lake in Itasca County, just north of Bigfor,Minnesota. A prty on the east side of the lake blew the Beaver damn in n2005, the lake has dropped 2 feet, The weeds are killing the lake. The land where the Beaver dam was located was on North Itasca Cattltle mans land, they refuse to give up permission to replace the dam, I talked to a member today, he said the Corps of Engineers will not permit the dam, The state has told us if it get permission from the land owner, we can proceed with the permits,
What can I do? *(Personal information deleted by Moderator Ducky)*
