Crème brûlée (/?kr?m bru??le?/French pronunciation: ?[k??m b?y.le]),[1] also known as burnt cream, crema catalana, or Trinity cream[2] is a dessert consisting of a rich custard base topped with a contrasting layer of hard caramel. It is normally served at room temperature.

The custard base is traditionally flavored with vanilla, but can also be flavored with lemon or orange (zest), rosemarylavenderchocolateAmarettoGrand Marniercinnamoncoffee, liqueursgreen teapistachiohazelnutcoconut, or other flavors.

T Y , Python, I've hear it's pronounced " Crem " but I don't know how Brulee is pronounced. Oh well . From your explanation, I gather that the shake or coffee tastes a little like the French desert that ' s supposed to taste like mildly burned butter. I can imagine that. sounds good......especially if there is orange in it , or choc, or cinnamon.
