    Problem with allergies?

    You know the sale, watering eyes, sneezing, plus a runny nasal area. What else may i actually do if the medication I'm upon doesn't help as much? What home remedies should I try? What otherwise can i do?

        In the long term garlic is helpful,  if you don't like eating it you can take a garlic capsule every day, I've been taking them for about ten years. I find I don't get hardly any colds, hayfever and allergies are much milder, and I very rarely get bitten by knats.
