              jh, you're not supposed to eat ice cream are ya ? I'm not either, but it's hard not to :-( especially in the summer time. Is it always summer in Texas ?

                  What no Pavlova? Or maybe Dolma? But these are good too... I dig my own little necks, raw with hot sauce? Or on grill with butter and hot sauce? Or braised with a wine garlic and butter sauce, yum!

                  Most foods work for me, my wife is an excellent cook, and I look it!  I like red meats of all types, seafood, pasta, in fact not much I don't like...
