My screen washers on my car have a terrible smell, it's like rotten eggs. My local Audi garage want £78 to flush the system out , they say it's stagnant water, sounds right. I wondered if anyone knows of anything that I could flush through it other than screen wash liquid, I have been advised to try that by a couple of people.

Halfords have a good selection of different smelling screenwash solutions, they will also give you good advice for flushing the system Dave.

Try white vinegar Sunny. White vinegar is great for getting rid of odors, unclogging drains, cleaning glass, getting rid of lime deposits etc.

Or rig a compressor and blow them out!  Then rinse with baking soda and vinegar that will bubble and loosen up the crud...  Immediately rinse, as this is acidic and take no chances on the paint job.  Good luck.  And do not put any more eggs in there!  (just kidding)
