Hi, We have looked there and even pulled out the batteries.
3 people have looked over this safe and none of us can see an AB button at all.
We call all only see a red button inside the safe.
is there any other way to change the password? without the AB button?

Hi, thank you for the link, but our safe does not have a key option its only numbers with a * and a #.
Is there any manual that is known of to be able to change the code.

so this obviously is not working for us at all.
i have another question now, since we pulled out the batteries trying to find this so called A/B button.
We can now not open the safe at all using the code we had originally been using?
what happens now, as we would like to still us this code to close our safe

so the very back of the safe?
it is only a black piece of metal with 2 x holes for bolts to go into.
would you happen to have an image of the following safe showing the whereabouts?
