Plenty of fruit and fresh vegetables. I've cut out the bread,biscuits ,and cake for the past 6 weeks, and I'm loosing a pound in weight each week ( that's English pounds). I eat whatever I want at weekends, so I am pleased with how I'm doing. I'm 13st 4Lbs at the moment, I want to get below 13st in the next 6 weeks,as we are going to visit a friend of mine in France then, and I know we will be eating a lot of nice food that week.
