Report the matter to tagged.com. They can ban the account and report it as a scammer. You most likely will never see your money again however. Lesson learned for you hopefully. NEVER give money to internet strangers. You wouldn't just hand over a lot of money to a stranger in the street would you?

There are a lot of money pots that attract scammers...get rich quick in: stocks, insurance fraud, patent your ideas, support every whimpering cause at the end of the rainbow, out of pity, piety, hope and prayer. The sad fact is that so many who would actually benifit from some charity, were it real, are cut off by the middle takers who use every dollar that comes their way to blair their call for support a little louder and diversified. A sucker is born every second and the best help in human service that anyone can offer and know that your help actually helps others is to offer what really puts food on the table...a 3 square hydroponic lettuce patch that runs itself for 3months and is resupplied automatically by mail. A very simple water distiller that can be built by show and tell. Give someone a fish and they may be fed for a day...teach someone how to fish and you have fed them for a lifetime....and if you want to help your nearest beggar, buy a box lunch and give it to them.
