A teenage prank turned deadly on Saturday when a man opened fire and allegedly killed a 15-year-old girl. Adrian Broadway and five of her friends were covering Willie Noble's car with eggs and leaves for the second time that evening when Noble grew irate, and opened his door and started shooting. Noble reportedly shot Broadway in the head and she died a short while later at Arkansas Children's Hospital. Noble is now facing one count of first degree murder, one count of a terroristic act, and five counts of aggravated assault.

Yup, kids are getting shot all over the world. Even in countries where it's not legal to own a gun or have one on your person. He should be charged with premeditated murder. He admits to staying inside and waiting for them to return. His claim that he fired at the car to scare them is bogus. Waving the gun at them would have been to scare them. Anyway, no, this is not constitutionally a fair fight and it is not something excused under the US Constitution or by any of the gun laws in this country. There can be no self defense plea in this tragic event. Just an idiot who lost his cool and illegally used a fire arm. Gun rights supporters do not support murderers. He deserves a life sentence and I hope that's what they give him.
Parents, know where your kids are and what they are up to so you can keep them safe from lunatics who value their car over a human life.
