You should not need more space to download the latest drivers as the drivers you have now should just be overwritten. Try cleaning up your C drive. Remove some stuff you no longer need. Do a disc defrag and a disk clean up. Microsoft will stop supporting XP operating systems in May of this year. Time to upgrade your computer.

How can your C: be full if you moved everything to an external hd? You can not put drivers on a D: which s why you are not being given the option.

All Microsoft files and it's programs and all my Softwares (who automatically without my agreement recorded in C:) and related Programs are on C: and I can not move them to another drives. Anytime I did I could not use them.

You only have two drives. D drive is for music and videos (media). You can not put text files on the D drive.
