I can give you the entire page concerning this but you will not understand the most of it. Basically, in a nutshell, clean up your computer. This error is typically because of registry errors. Download and use Ccleaner. Use the green download button top right side of the page http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/13336/

Ccleaner is easy enough to use.
Once it's downloaded and installed, open the program
It will already be set on the Windows tab.
Click "run cleaner"
When it's done, click the applications tab, then click run cleaner again.
Once that is complete, (left side of the panel see "registry", click that) then click, scan for issues
If it finds any, click no for back up request, then click "fix all issues".

I have manger to do it Colleen,had a little trouble on getting reconected on line for awhile ,seems o/k now,thanks,for imfo,
That would be your internet. Ccleaner will not affect your internet connection capabilities.
You have to remember to switch from auto-connect on the wireless (disconnect from it) when connecting with Ethernet. I've done the same, forgotten to disconnect the wifi when using the hard wire (Ethernet cable).
