I would be interested to know why you asked this question, were you one of many on the waiting list for a bed at that time?

This would require time spent researching all UK's mental heath facilities. We are a free forum staffed with volunteers who answer general questions. I highly doubt this is information that  someone knows the answer to off the top of their head. Try whichever government dept that handles mental health centers in the UK and see if they have this information stored in their archives.
