If you are purchasing a used car, it is obviously your responsibility to insist on a title and maintenance history.  The Better Business Bureau needs to be notified, and according to the Ohio State Bar website:

Q: Are car dealers prohibited from treating a consumer unfairly?
A: In Ohio, car dealers are not allowed to use unfair, deceptive or unconscionable practices in connection with the sale of an automobile. There are many specific rules. For example, car dealers cannot make misrepresentations about the car or the sale. The contract must list the price and mileage of the car, and must contain all the relevant statements made by the dealer about the sale. If the dealer knows the car has a salvage title or was previously used as a rental, then the dealer must disclose that to the consumer. A consumer loan contract must clearly disclose the cost of the credit (the “finance charge”), the interest rate and the dates and amounts of all payments due.

Call a lawyer if you can't get your money refunded IN FULL.

Civil suits are expensive to prosecute and would most likely cost more than you paid for the vehicle. I would first start with the Dept. of Motor vehicles. Their office will check into your complaint and see if any unfair business practices can be established.

As mentioned above, the link Bamford treatment of the S500 is hinged around link a specific colorway (black and light blue), a new dial, and a new handset. When I first saw the images in the press pack, I flip-flopped every few minutes. Sometimes liking the radical take, other times lamenting how much of link the S500 aesthetic had been over-written by the punchy color, the brash dial, and the entirely incongruous handset. The tension between these two positions is, perhaps, the point of this design.
