Typical cheerleader, ask the Football team to put her through it, (education) of course.

Sigh.  This will be an interesting waste of court time and people's money. Parents should have the right to establish rules in their own homes and expect those rules to be respected, regardless of the age of the boarder, family member or otherwise. My two older kids, at 15 and 16, showed up at my mom's one early evening saying I had kicked them out. To the contrary, what I had done was tell them, and I quote, "If you can't treat me with common courtesy and respect, perhaps you should live elsewhere".  Of course, my mom took the poor things in, cursing my lack of maternal instincts, and exacerbated their decline (as far as I'm concerned).
She is eighteen, legally an adult.  If you want to call yourself an adult and dismiss your parents' rules, then leaving is definitely an option. Demanding they continue to fund your disrespect shouldn't be an option.
