    Massachusetts' highest court ruled Wednesday that it is not illegal to secretly photograph underneath a person's clothing -- a practice known as "upskirting" -- prompting one prosecutor to call for a revision of state law.  http://www.cnn.com/2014/03/05/us/massachusetts-upskirt-photography/ Thoughts?

      "The law is an a**", this statute has to be amended, or it seems nobody will have any privacy.

        Yes, they are morons!  No need for a revised law, it is an invasion of privacy, pure and simple, as I see it...

          Amazing! Don't they realise how sick these individuals are that they resort to this to get their jollies?


          What devious behaviour will they move up to? Public rape? The law makers in MA obviously didn't think this one thru.
