I guess so. Shouldn't it be the "other way around"? https://www.google.com/search?site=&tbm=isch&source=hp&biw=1920&bih=911&q=fire+hydrant+dog&oq=fire+hydrant+dog&gs_l=img.1.1.0l5j0i30k1l2j0i8i30k1l3.2596.32524.0.39295.22.22.0.0.0.0.72.1329.22.22.0....0...1ac.1.64.img..0.20.1198...0i5i30k1j0i7i30k1.HBXYNZr0nmM#imgrc=YNMzFKhRGIDiFM%3A

Oh, gosh. I can't imagine but have to gather that it incourages healthy eating yet filling you up with healthy fluids rather than sodas or other sugared drinks. Water does so much more for a body beyond quenching thirst. Drink all you want or are able to. Keep it in perspective.

Drinking plenty of water along side a healthy well balanced diet works!...3-4 Litres a day..(Don`t drink gallons and gallons as you put your body at risk of "Water poisoning"..(you can upset the electrolyte balance of sodium and potassium which helps to regulate your hearts mechanism)..Potentially fatal...Eat a balanced diet of protein,vegetable,carbs,fruit...cut down on fatty foods, high refined sugary foods eg sweets/candy,cakes,biscuits...allow yourself the occasional treat!..Aim to lose a steady 2 lbs a week...and increase your exercise!
Good Luck!
