tax used to be for public services and amenities, which was all very well and almost, just almost fair'ish. now its just a money grab by politicians and big industry. and its going to get so much worse!

We pay taxes so the government will have money to waste on programs that benefit the rich and the poor, and nobody inbetween. Then, the gov isn't satisfied with just our taxes, so they borrow trillions of dollars from China....so they can waste that money and get more in debt.

Taxes are a penality for being where you are. Takes money to live so everything and everyone is taxed. Taxes insure the flow of currency feeds back into the Federal coffers and is redistributied everywhere to uphold the US economy and the economies of many other countries also. Taxes feed back all over the world and serve as a stablizing support for our on-going economy.
