Decide what it is about your life, that needs to change. Then set the goals that will help you to make those changes. Before you know it, you'll have a sense of satisfaction and that will make you happy.

This sounds kind of selfish but right now I'm going to shower, put on something nice, make up, clean the house, polish all horizontal surfaces, clean the kitchen sink and go to the internet and see if I can find The Fly Lady and Luminosity.

Luminosity. net  helps you with your brain power. 

I'll apologize to my very very best friend (my husband) We've been arguing about technical things.

If you are serious about changing your life, get serious about changing what surrounds you.

Since you are at your computer. I suggest you organize your desk top. (Both of them)  Put some flowers on your desk ... maybe a little plant if you're a guy.

I raise flowers as gifts to doctors and friends, offer my life to the will and way of a Loving God, recognise you need less, not more and smile to everyone you see. Study happiness in all its forms, expect nothing and enjoy everything. Study happy religeons that don't attempt to control you with fearful imagingings. Play with happy thoughts. All we are is all that created us and that is Love. Since Love is all we are, everything less than love is just an illusion of fearful imaginings.
