    Can a foreclosure be overturned?

I owned a house.  It was literally stolen.  The bank foreclosed on it.  Now they want to give back my quit claim deed and warranty deed?  What is that about?

If fraud can be proven by you against the lender, it should be overturned. Didn't you get any notice(s) from the lender(s) that you were in default. Every state requires that the mortgage holder be notified that your property will be foreclosed upon.
