Is it against the law in the state of Missouri to take food away from a child at school as punishment?

A kindergarten child has had his snack taken away five times as punishment.

Maybe better to have the child eat in an area where he is away from other children as punishment, then his rights haven't been taken.  Eat in main office, or somewhere where he is supervised, take recess away, not food.

    Maybe in North Korea?

Perhaps. I thought everybody was starved there………..

Of course, many do. Kim Sr. was known to drink fine champagne and indulge in lobster while his countrymen were eating grass. Also, the average North Korean is a few inches shorter than the South Korean "cousin". No doubt due to a lack of nutrition.

I saw a special once ‘bout a guy there who never dreamed of life any other way, thought of it as the norm. Makes me wanna start a campaign to aid these people……...
