Sugar free ... That's such a good idea. I'm going to do it. I'm gonna toss my raisin bread which seems to be my favorite treat. Actually, we never have any sweets in the house unless we have invited guests. Raisin bread is the only thing I can go way wrong on. If there are sweets around, I will eat them all. I'm a sugar addict.

I never get weighed at home. I wait till my annual doctor visit. It seems like my weight has just settled at a certain point. I would like to be thinner but I really don't think it's for me to do that.

its..sometimes your "Happy Weight" is better than the figures we strive to have and in the process make ourselves miserable..Far better to enjoy life at an acceptably healthy weight..just my opinion !!;-) xx
