      In what part of the world? Actually, I live in the USA and do not know the popular car buying site. I think people just buy cars that they can afford.

        I like to check Kelly Blue Book to get an idea of what my car is worth before I start looking around.  Craigslist will have a ton of listings, and you can just Google the kind of car you want and find millions of websites.  For example:  Chevy Silverado, Visalia CA
