Walk, walk, walk ... I did a lot of hours of vigorous exercise when I was in my 20-40's. It wasn't the best things for ME ... that't not necessarily you. I actually think people should talk to exercise physiologists before they start overdoing it. I hurt my back and neck from overdoing it for years.
Eat right, drink water & then drink it a little more.

i find the gym the best for me,i do a certain amount on weights ,,but for fitness and burning carbs,,,40 minutes on the bike is perfect,,,,however i do need to get back into it,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,nice talking mate,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
