Check the ignition relay.
Get under the car and tap firmly (but do not bang it) on the starter in case it's stuck.
Check the solenoid. You can bypass the solenoid by having the key in the on position in the ignition, then using a screw driver and laying it against the positive wire (against the screw or bolt) and the negative wire (against the screw or bolt) of the solenoid. If the car starts, the solenoid needs to be replaced.
