Did you know that Susan Boyle has Aspberger's. She was diagnosed about a year ago.

Not really a surprise. Is it? She says she's had a very hard life. I believe it.

You could talk to her ROMOS. I've had kids in daycare/preschool with this diagnosis. I get along well with them. Hmmmmm? I'm going to look it up as soon as I can understand my new computer. Now I know about her diagnosis and that makes me like and understand her more. (This was NOT the case before) Did you take this picture?

I didn't take this pic itsmee, she gets a lot of press around our way.

The press following her is probably very upsetting, as it seemed she was happier with the quieter life.

Do you see her around town at times, Romos ?

The diagnosis will answer a lot of questions for her and just knowing will make life easier. God bless her………...

I was diagnosed ADD when I was about 50. I had an extremely difficult life. No one knew I had a problem. My mom knew something was wrong but she had no idea what it was. They did know that I got lost easy, had a terrible time with math, had a lot of fears, had trouble driving, shyness was my middle name. I took medicine for about 3 years and then stopped it.
I believe a lot of people have it and it just goes undiagnosed. ADHD is more common in boys. They sometimes get in trouble, take drugs ... like that.
ADD just sat in the corner and stared out the window at the clouds and flowers.

Yes,all or most of developemental or personality afflictions are more common in boys. That what a proffessor who taught speech pathology told us at the U.
But, they say, that depression is more common in woman, then in men. Prob b/c men don't have to put up with being married to a man. LOL

I said the above wrong. I indicated that I had recovered from ADD. This is how is goes: ADD never goes away. People learn how to handle it. My brother is ADHD and he is successful. Both diagnoses can be either a blessing or a curse. I fell on the "curse" side. My brother fell on the other.
Depression, oh yes, I know that one. It peaks in December and this December is no exception.

I'm glad that I could alert you to this.
