Yes. After recent reports of meat grinders being tested, while looking for sources of e-coli (in particular), it was discovered that a high percentage of those grinders, were completely coated in a whole variety of bacteria which cause serious illness in humans. I don't know what the solution is except to find yourself a local, trusted butcher who believes that the butcher shop needs to be thoroughly cleaned each day.
