Your headache is caused by tight neck muscles and it is the reason why you would have it on only one side of your head, the muscles with that side are tight. The neck muscles visit the top of your head where they connect with muscles going around your head. Once the neck muscles get tight they pull the top muscles into pain and that is your headache.
Your other problems will disappear along with the headache and here's how you can free up your neck muscles to eliminate the headache:
Neck Release:
Put your hands behind your head touching your fingers. Press in to the back of your neck together and hold the pressure in it. After 45 seconds slowly decrease your head until your neck is fully extended. Release pressure but hold your head there for an additional 30 seconds.
For best results relax the body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
