There are a lot of facets to Christmas.  The "reason for the season" for ME is remembering the birth of Jesus Christ.  That is very real for me.

Christmas is from the heart, is in the heart. It helps prove to other's that you remebeer them all year long. We've just gotten reminders every year. What gret way to share feelings............!

'Chestnuts roasting on an open fire' ? I thought that all the chestnut trees in the USA had died in the last century due to a disease. Sadly the same disease ( Chryphonectria parasitica) is affecting trees in Europe so this years crop may be the last.
