    the rule book tells me nothing. i have been told that certain clubs made before the rule change are conforming and some aren't. is there anyone that might know if the hogan apex grind, made 1990-1992 are conforming.

        The link I gave you has a club database that tells you what clubs conform and what clubs don't.
