    my mitsubishi eclipse turns over but does not start seems like it has no spark.

    Check the coil. Eh, just replace the coil and spark plugs if it's been a while. 

    needs new spark plugs and a new condensor

    hi Jim, it is a hard one to answer without knowing for sure if you do or do not have a spark,,as Colleen said,coil or plugs,,make sure you know before you go buy them...now a days some cars have 4  coils for a 4 cylinder motor,,,hold a spark plug lead  against the block of your motor,,and get someone to turn the motor over,,and see if the spark jumps to the block,,then ask the question,,,,best of luck Jim,,,,,,
