haha! I watched "Behind Enemy Lines" last night.A serious drama.it was hard to take him seriously because the Schnoz gives him such a comical look.

Keanu was really good in Parent Trap; and Owen was good in those silly comedies he made. They must be hard up for actors who can really act, b/c everytime a movie calls for serious acting, they hire Tom Hanks.

I've never watched more than 5 consecutive minutes of acting by either of those two. They're that painful to stomach.

I agree with Digger. If I don't like an actor, writer, producer or director, I do not waste any time watching a movie. Painful to watch is painful to watch. I would prefer not to be part of the "critical crew".

I don't watch my step brother's movies either because it creeps me out. Also the reason I stopped going to friend's plays in my early twenties. I don't want to know how fake anyone can be.

I don't feel that way about friends who are musicians or artists though. Curious.

I actually enjoy the good ol' boy Owen puts out; that's the best role for him. Keanu is brittle plastic. My sons can't stand Owen and won't watch any movie he's in (too bad, because Night At The Museum is a wonderful movie).
Jake Gyllenhaal, in my opinion, is an excellent actor...really hasn't gotten the recognition he's earned.
