    y is it that the bronchi going to the lungs are at different angles?

    because they have to be in a wishbone shape to branch out and down to your lungs. Or, you could say they're in an upside down Y shape..If we only had one lung in the middle of our chest, you would need only one bronchial tube going straight down.


    God gave us two of almost anything, in case  something happens to the one organ, we've always got the other one . That why God give kids 2 parents......so if something happens to one of them, the kids always have the other parent.  :- )

    I think of the respiratory system like a vine, with a stem and bunches of grapes within the lungs (the aveoli).
