      Wow, windows provides little help in their help center. I do not know live mail as I do not use it but if you mean start a new category to store received e-mails, this should be found under your folder options. Somewhere near where it says folders look for a + symbol that says, add new folder. If you look around the e-mail app, you should find what you are looking for.
