A lot of cat toys have catnip in them. You can also grow your own, shops sell it with other seeds, it's not that hard to find. You can get little bags of dried catnip from pet shops.

Natural? Can't be much more so than using a vacuum cleaner. Chase the crawly things with it and suck them up. Hit the nesting areas as well, anyplace you see bug residue. Seal and toss the bag. Then scrub the areas with borax and rinse with cider vinegar. Keep the vacuuming up....
