I was recently pulled over for a minor driving infraction and the officer informed me that my license came back suspended for a traffic ticket I got over a year ago.  I was going to fight the citation because it was bogus and signed the back of the uniform WV traffic ticket asking for a trial on the matter.  I'm not stupid and realize that I stood no chance of winning there but, it would give me the opportunity to appeal the verdict to a higher court.  I was never sent anything and thought they had given up on it due to my intent to fight the ticket.  Well, it seems they went ahead and turned the ticket into the state and they have administratively suspended my license for an unpaid traffic ticket.  What can I do at this point?
