Are we supposed to put answers in the comment sections? This is happening more and more often. What's going on?

Well, I live in California and am unemployed. When I have a problem with my teeth, I go to a dentist, and make arrangements to pay for the services.
If I were in more dire financial straits, I would go to the county social services/welfare department and sign up for whatever medical and social assistance were available to me.
