If you can not get Skype to open after many attempts, try uninstalling the Skype app and then reinstalling it.

Pre-op was gruelling...lasted all day...set for sep.30 and oct.2. She'll be semi-comatose between the 1st and 2nd phases...thank the morphine gods...sending love is a good thing hon...thanks xox :)
Your pre-op means something different than our pre-op. So a month to go....will she be back at school over the next weeks leading up to the 30th?
Sorry hon..meant the pre-op appointment to meet everyone...neurologist, anaesthetist, surgeons, after-care nurses and physiotherapists and more xrays and bloodwork...7 hours worth! We are mentally preparing...spent a few hours last night viewing other surgeries and photos of scarring...spilled quite a few tears.. but this is not an optional thing..it must be.It will help her so much. I love her so much Colleen..I am so concerned. xox
Hang in there Lindi. You have to keep it together for Storm's sake. Just like the last time, you have to become her strength. She has the best fighting spirit ever and with your help, she can get through this and the end results should be as the doctors expect, otherwise they would not feel the surgeries are worth it. Keep strong, trust and believe. You have the faith, I know you do. Do not let fear weaken it. xxxx
Concern...not fear...there is no room for fear..it's concern and empathy which I expect is natural. You are right in that if I am being too focused on my concern I won't be doing what is more important which is loving her! Thanks for the reality check...I will not get lost in the details and focus on my true calling...loving her. ;) xox
Yes, it is very natural but a waste of energy as you know since you can not control what must take place ;)
