1) Delete Your Browser's History http://www.ehow.com/how_6075_delete-browsers-history.html
2) Delete Cookies http://www.ehow.com/how_18044_delete-cookies.html
3) Go to start menu > All programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Clean up
4) Go to start menu > All programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk defragmentor
5) Lastly install Ccleaner (it's free). This is a computer cleaner. It cleans up the junk floating around in your computer that anti virus's do not see as threats but can slow down your computer's performance. delete duplicate files and folders.
At start keep only those applications that you use and put the rest in a folder.
