Looking back, is there something you wish....

you'd have told your kids, but didn't?  Or something you DID tell them, but wish you hadn't?
And what , pray tell, might that have been?

I seriously wish my son would have taken my advice about this stuff, he has ruined a few good suits and a very expensive kilt!

They have to learn the hard way, just like we did....bummer.

He's off on a lads holiday to Greece for 3 friggin weeks, they sell stronger booze out there and it's cheap, sheeeeeeeeeshhhhhhh!
That is going to be some hangover.

Some of us learn the very, very hard way. Hopefully, we live through the learn....some people don't.

He has an extremely serious job,he's doing OK, I just wish he would rein it in a bit at times.

I do understand. My boys are doing pretty well, though a long ways to go; two of them still have a little trouble knowing when enough is enough and any more is too much. Big improvements, though. Keeping them all in prayer.

I'm not a prayry? prairie? praying type person but I know what you're saying, my positive thoughts are always with you and yours P.

    I know. I feel them. :D

I actually wish I could have not been switched at birth.  It would have worked out so much better for me.

(Now, that actually was a joke)

My Mother is shaking her head once again at the 'impossible creative child'.  I can't believe we were not of a more interesting background.  It would have made a very funny book.  Dang!

They know my father, it is my mother that they are still looking for... Is that even possible? Anyway, glad you were not switched, we would not have you today if you were!

    :) Thanks bustieone.

Looking back? Do I know then what I know now? I never would have let CPS in my door........

Having been raised as an alien to this world was confusing enough. My children grew up more in their mother’s care more than mine. Not that I love them any less it’s just that my work took a toll on the time I could have with the children. I think it’s best to work at home on your own time and be with your children more during the day. I think it’s good to grow up as a responsible child in your own home.

i wish i would have told them that they dont actually exist because i am still 15 Pray they do accept the truth

Maybe since you haven't any children yet, you could say you'll be taking notes on the answers to this question so you don't forget any of this stuff!
Don't be in too big of a hurry to become a parent. It's a lifelong job, the rewards are many, but the heartaches are, too.

i am not planning on having children at this time
    Bob/PKB

There's only one sure way to make sure those plans stay in tact.
If you plan on hanging around here, though, I'd suggest you consider taking what most of us post seriously. We have fun, but there is almost always something to be learned and taken into life with you.
