froggster this completely sucks and you have my condolences tho' it solves not a thing. In any case it is my experience that dealing with corporate giants and transnational corporations is like dealing with a soulless, heartless two-headed ogre that while one head invites you to dinner, the other decides how to cook you...damned ogres...

Conclusion: you've got a problem with ogres that can only be dealt with by supernatural means...suggestion?...white light the bats-turds and send them packing...try, try, try to get your cash back from the hot-cell-phone dealer, in fact, maybe ask a cop-cousin, friend or other neutral-ish source about those legalities...peace...hope this helps.

You're asking the wrong group of persons for an answer with "if we can put man on the moon......"? Too many here will argue the point..............

Sorry I don't have the answer to your dilemma.  One of my sons could probably tell you, and when I talk to him, I'll find out. 
It's unfortunately an expensive lesson you've learned.  ANYONE selling something for far less than its actual value has more likely than not obtained it by less than legal means.
