online banking is not functioning screen is flashing
Urgently need to pay bills online today but easy web is not working; Screen flashes at log-in and "solution" given by your folks worked once, then never again. Evidently this is a "known problem" with Chrome but Chrome is in wide use and result is that I cannot get into my accounts.
Please provide alternative or direction asap. T'hanks for your help.
PS An actual phone number, given the timing, would have been much appreciated.
