If only there was a male version of Dianna in honour of his (Deceased) Grandmother.Maybe Spencer would be nice as one of his names.No doubt he will get about 4 of them.

There is no male version of the name "Diana". I found this in a search for one: Diana is a girl's name of Latin origin, meaning "divine".
